The service
Lately lets you make photo albums from your own camera roll and share them by code. During the beta it is free and provided as-is, and it may change or be interrupted.
Your content
You keep every right to the photos and videos you upload. You give Lately the permission needed to store them and show them to the people you share an album with, and nothing more. Only share what you have the right to share.
Guests
People who open an album by its code may view, save and, if you allow it, add photos. You decide who gets the code. Close an album or let its link expire when you are done.
Limits
Albums hold up to 2,000 items or 5 GB, and single videos up to 95 MB. Albums may be removed if they break these terms or the law.
